November, 01: From 01.11.08 an entrance of motor transport for loading with the import containers on the territory of «HPC Ukraine» will carried out according to principle of preliminary registration of expenditure voucher standard form in the accounting group, situated on the territory of transit-cargo terminal.
October, 14: The Minisry of Transport abd Communication of Ukraine has claimed the Order of registration, issue, account and the reporting of the international certificates of weighing of trucks and the surveillance of their use (the order dd. 10.07.2008 № 846). September, 06: In the near future the tender for building of one more terminal in the Odessa port will take place. The management Odessa port initiates building of the additional terminal for an overload of cargo transporters. The corresponding project is on the coordination in the Ministry of transport and communication of Ukraine.
September, 05: Odessa port jointly with «HPC-Ukraine» and with the stevedoring company «Olimpex coupe» will make reequipment of the 3-rd berth. For this purpose loading cranes «Libherr» and «Mitsubishi» will be moved here from the 2d berth. It will allow to process more quickly and qualitatively container trucks in length up to 220 m, to render services to clients of more high-quality.

August, 27: Order of the State State Customs Service of Ukraine dd. 29.07.2008 No.821 approves the Order of collection of storage charge of the goods and means of transport in customs warehouses. At present the order has not entered force since it is not published yet.
August, 26: The State Railway Transport Administration of Ukraine (Ukrzaliznytsia) has increased the cost of cargo transportations. The tariffs have increased 6,46 per cents on the hole cargo nomenclature from August, 23rd.
August, 25: The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the initiative of the Ministry of transport and communications of Ukraine on increase of port charges. The decision from August, 20th increases the port charges approved at the governmental level — ship, channel, beacon, berthing, anchor, administrative, sanitary. Cumulative increase in the given sector, according to the Ministry of transport and communications of Ukraine, will constitute an order of +58 per cents.
August, 22: According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dd. 20.08.2008 No.715 declaring of automobile means of transport — the trailer (semitrailer) registered on the constant basis in territory of a foreign state and which is imported temporary on customs territory of Ukraine (including for the purpose transit) by the carrier-resident s tractor is carried out without application of the customs declaration under condition of granting to customs house of the lease arrangement (chartering) of this tractor the foreign holder or the user of the trailer (semitrailer) for the purpose fulfilment of the international carriage.
August, 21: From 12 to 15 of August, 2008 on the 2nd berth of Odessa port WAN HAI 605 container carrier stood for handling operations. On information of director on exploitation of «HPC-Ukraine» Igor Yarovy, 1623 containers were planned to unloading, 1267 containers — to loading, that makes 2746 TEU and 2189 TEU accordingly. Total — 4925 TEU! It is the greatest volume on one ship for all six years of existence of company.
